IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification with the tracking details so you know when to expect it.

We will try to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days from when the amount is remitted to us, however, estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Made to Order Products may take upto 20-30 Days.

RETURN POLICY

Each product is hand made. We do not accept any return/exchanges on our products. all the products you received are gone through quality checking process & their is almost zero chances.

Please contact us on info@labelnupurderola.com with supporting images within 24 hours of delivery of the package and an exchange can be granted upon assessment of the case.

The exchange of product may take place 1 week after informing us of the same.

A refund cannot be issued in such cases and the product will merely be replaced in case of the same.

Used pieces will not be accepted, in case of any damages items will only be accepted by us in original packaging.

for Return customer have to ship us the product at our address (GF: 87-88, Emerald One, Jetalpur Road Vadodara, Gujarat 390020.) and shipping & delivery charges have to bear by customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. We are also unable to redirect orders from the shipping warehouse once the parcel has been dispatched for its aforementioned destination.

Please note minor imperfections may exist due to the handcrafted nature of the product. Slight variations are inherent in the manufacturing of such products and should be expected. Each product is one-of-a-kind and cannot be considered as a defect.

Due to the many variations in computers, smartphones and browsers, colours may appear different on different electronic screens. As a result, slight shade variance between the product images on the website and the product should be expected.
